- Two garage site visits a year. Our garage visits include a full audit of your site to DVSA site assessment standards. We also highlight any red flag issues that would cause the DVSA concern and provide you with detailed advice and guidance on how to eliminate these risks.
- A quality check of an MOT tester at each visit with a detailed report on performance.
- A VOCS folder is implemented at your VTS to help improve your risk score and to create a proactive approach to quality management.
- Unlimited over the phone advice from our expert team.
- Attendance at any MOT complaint inspection with or on behalf of the Authorised Examiner/MOT tester.
- Assistance with any disciplinary action against your authorisation or any MOT testers working at your garage.

VT01 application assistance services
If you’re setting up a new test station or making changes to an existing one then you might be a bit confused with all the paperwork involved.
VOCS Ltd. is here to provide you with all the assistance you need when submitting your MOT approval application.
Whether you’re starting a new build, taking over an existing station or making some changes we’ll give you a full support service to help you get set up.
The process might seem a bit overwhelming but with our help, we’ll identify exactly what you need to do in order to get your application submitted and approved.
If they’re required our team will help you with the right legal templates for your solicitor, give you guidance on the DBS process and complete the right authorisation letters. We can also help with site map drawing and information about connected equipment.
We’ll also assist you with:
- The completion of the final “MOT Approval Visit Checklist” which is required by DVSA before they authorise your VTS.
- Dimensioned plans and drawings as required by DVSA for a VTS premises application. These plans might need to be attached to your VT01 application.
