MOT Tester Training Level 2 (Class 4 & 7)
Our MOT tester training course Level 2 (Class 4 & 7) for cars/vans is a 4 day course (plus an in-house practical demo) and includes both online and practical assessments.
You’ll learn about the theory and practical aspects of MOT testing for cars at our training centre with our talented team of MOT professionals.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for the MOT tester training Level 2 you should be in full-time employment with 4 years of work experience repairing Class 4 and 7 vehicles.
It’s also required that you hold a full UK driving licence for the vehicle you wish to test.
To be eligible for this training course you’ll also need a Level 3 equivalent qualification.

Assessment
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll also have to complete a demo test for DVSA.
We can host the demo for you in a relaxed, stress-free environment. If you’d like time to practice before your demo, we can also arrange this for you.
After you pass the demo test you’ll receive your licence and full MOT qualification.
